comparison of tab heights before and after the patch
Since the All Tabs button was added to the tab strip, the size (height) of tabs has increased from 20px to 25px. This is noticeable, but I don't know if anything can be done considering the size of the button...

on a related note, the scroll buttons make the height increase by 2px (I think).
I'll spin up a new bug on that.

1 px, but it still noticable.
