The script is running on an Apache2 / PHP5 and the script gets correctly loaded only once, when called by e.g. IE or Opera. Reproducible: Always

WFM 1.5.0.4 release. I assume it's an unrelated issue, can you provide a testcase URL on the server you experience this problem on?
