Details
If a required extension is not installed do something along the lines of the following:
* the user will be given the option of installing the required items if an updateURL is specified for the required item in em:requires.
* the user will always be given the option of installing the required items since updateURL will default to AMO when it is not specified.
* if em:requires provides a homepageURL the user would be provided with a link to the required item's home page.

There should also be the option to check for / install dependencies after the install is completed
