When clicking on a link the new location opens both in a new tab and new window. This bug disappeared with 1.5 but has reappeared with 1.5.05

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Command Click on any link
2.It will open in a new tab
3.It will also open in a new window

Actual Results:  
Two copies of the same page

Expected Results:  
Only open in a tab
