346217 - When starting Firefox from icon in Windows tool bar get error message that Firerfox is already running.

When trying to start Firefox from Windows toolbar, intermittantly get an error message that says Firefox is already running and that I have to close the active session of Firefox to restart.  Clicking OK on error message turns off the message and seems to stop Firefox.  However, once this message appears it becomes and endless do loop.  In order to recover, I have to restart the pc.  I have checked task manager after turning the message off and Firefox is not active so it should start.

Have not seen the problem since the upgrade to the latest version of FireFox.
