346253 - attachment table should offer "view all patches"

jesse has a tendency to include testcases that crash, so i have a number of problems.

1. view all attachments can easily be fatal, which is bad, since i might want to compare all patched versions

steps:
1. pick any bug where jesse has posted a testcase that will crash your gecko
2. wait for someone to post a patch
3. wait for brendan to post a better patch
4. carelessly use your browser to click 'view all' since you want to see the various patches

expected results:
well, depends, today you better see actual results.

ideal exected results:
instead of clicking 'view all' you click 'view patches' and it takes you to a page that *doesn't* kill your gecko

actual results:
your browser crashes

steps to fix:
add a 'view patches' link

Note: i'm not sure i care if this goes into bugzilla product, but given that we've added some silly hack to the url field specifically because of people like jesse, i don't think it's unreasonable for this to go into bugzilla core instead of bmo. no matter what, i want this for bmo.

Rearranging this component to not have me as the default assignee, so that it doesn't appear like I'm intending to work on bugs that other people could be taking care of if they didn't think I was already doing them.  If this bug is a software issue on b.m.o and you'd like to fix it, the modified source is now available for the patching (see bug 373688).  Reassigning to the new default owner.
