346372 - Clear private data dialog should have a separate option for "Error Console"

Now that BUG: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=322169 has landed and clears the Error Console every time I "Clear Private Data" I have no way of configuring this in the "Clear Private Data - Select items to be cleared dialog".  Many users would expect this to be configurable by way of a seperate "Error Console" checkbox!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch FF
2) Configure "Clear Private Data" to clear "History" when activated 
3) Launch Error Console
4) Clear Private Data and observe that the Error Console has been cleared
Actual Results:  
N/A

Expected Results:  
I as a user or developer should be able to configure this behavior via a UI preference in the "Clear Private Data" options dialog.  The History option should be more granular then just "History".

We'd maybe take a patch, but since this doesn't persist across sessions its not a big deal at all.
