346451 - Closed bugs shown in buglist from report.cgi when asking for all open bugs

When generating a product/resolution report table, the links in the "open bugs"
column result in too much bugs displayed.


Expected result: a list of _open_ bugs of the product in the choosen row.

That means: you should exclude RESOLVED, VERIFIED, CLOSED as those always have
set a "resolution" in the link of the "open bugs" column.

(Initially reported as https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=152341 which is unfortunately non-public - I was asked to report it upstream.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi?format=report-table
2. _unselect_ everything in the "status" and "resolution" boxes
3. set horicontal axis to "resolution" and vertical axis to "product"
4. select product "Bugzilla" to reduce the amount of bugs listed in the report
5. click "generate report"

(or simply click the link in the URL field of this report and skip steps 1 to 5 ;-)

6. click the number in the column without a header (right of the product name, left of FIXED)
Actual Results:  
A list of _all_ bugs for the product in the choosen row is displayed, independend of the resolution.
In other words: the same list you get when clicking in the "Total" column.
(currently listing about 10350 bugs - as in the "Total" column)

Expected Results:  
Only bugs without any resolution (aka "open bugs") should be contained in the bug list.
(currently about 2300 bugs)

The problem seems to be that the resulting links have "&resolution=%20" as
parameter and bugzilla doesn't know if this means "all" or "no" resolution.

Manually editing the URL, "&resolution=---" gives me the expected result.

I can reproduce on both b.m.o and tip. Marc, didn't you fix such a bug about resolutions in series?

Bug 300473, yes. Admittedly without having looked at it thoroughly enough, I suspect this to be a different matter here (although related to this "---" resolution thing as well).

This is another bug relating to our "resolution=---" hack.  There's one open somewhere where all of the possible fixes are discussed. Bottom line: there aren't any nice ways to make this work :-(
