The bug title includes 2.23.3, but that is dev, so does not really apply to these changes, yes?

This is against the (currently not building correctly out of the box) new location for bugzilla-org cvs.

Yeah, this all looks fine, except the release-notes pages are missing. :-)

Also, replace "XX" with "FIXME" -- that's what I grep for before I push the final updates.

Everything else looks good. :-) It's nice to have a contribution from you, too--I haven't seen you around in a while! :-)
