User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.5) Gecko/20060719 Firefox/1.5.0.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.5) Gecko/20060719 Firefox/1.5.0.5

The Element Properties dialog is so narrow when first opened that the address is partially hidden, even if it is very short. Addresses that are too long to fit on the screen on a single line (even when the dialog is maximized) cannot be displayed entirely at once.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Set font to a large size. (I don't know if this is necessary.)

1. Find a link with a short URL and right-click it.
2. Context menu opens. Go to Properties.

1. Find a link with a long URL and right-click it.
2. Context menu opens. Go to Properties.
3. Maximize the dialog.

Actual Results:
The Element Properties dialog is not wide enough to display the entire address, regardless of the length of the URL. If the address is very wide, there is no way to display all of the URL at once.

Expected Results:
If the URL is not very long, the dialog is sized to show all of it. If it is very long, it is broken over multiple lines.
Obviously the URL is short enough that the dialog should be resized to show all of it.
There's obviously enough vertical space here to fit the URL, but instead the room is just wasted.
