346918 - printing problem when a table follows 'page-break-after:always' div

This is similar to bugs 330132 & 198513 but I have some good example html so I thought I would go ahead and post it anyway.

Please look at the following 2 URLs and try a print preview with each (or just print them out). You will see that the first one is fine. In the second one, however, the part of the table that flows to the 3rd page doesn't print and doesn't show up in print preview.

The _ONLY_ difference between these two pages is that the second (broken) one has line breaks (BR tags) in the first row of the table. This problem goes away if you take out the 'page-break-always:after' div that precedes the table.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load the 1st URL, look at the print preview
2. load the 2nd URL, look at the print preview
