347320 - re-revised feed preferences, with apologies

Marcia pointed out that LiveBookmarks wasn't in the list of feed readers, which made me re-re-look at these preferences and realize that we have a lot of text for something that, really, only needs to be:

Default off, can probably even fit into the content window without any trouble. This is a low priority polish fix, and should only be done *after* all the other preferences stuff. I'm embarrassed that it took me this long to figure this out.

That *really* doesn't tell me "unchecking this box will let me see a preview page before I subscribe, like I used to before it somehow disappeared one day while I was playing in the prefs."

Hooray, I kept trying to push for this in the review sessions :)

Not that simplifying the feed subscription prefs like this *might* let us not use a whole top-level category for Feeds, if we wanted to put it back in Content...  I would see that as a win if possible.

This was fixed by bug 340677 (better subscription UI for feed preview).
