34751 - scrolling is very jinky

When scrolling the page you are viewing using the scroll bar, or arrow keys it
jumps around all over the place which is very annoying and often you cannot get
the bottom of the page to come into view at all. This is very bad because a lot
of sites have a submit button at the bottom of a page which means if you cannot
click on it you cannot submit the form. I am using the RC1 release of Netscape
6.0 downloaded of from ftp.netscape.com.au
