34788 - Right-click context menu doesn't work in data entry fields (e.g. URL field)

using Synaptics PS/2 touchpad (portable PC).  Right-clicking in a field where
the user can enter text (e.g. the URL field) should produce the standard Windows
context menu (cut, copy, paste, etc.)  Under M14 and nightly build 5th April
2000 no menu appears.  It appears that ctrl-V works properly though (at least
for the bug-reporting form :-)

The URL field I is simply a XUL text entry widget, so this is a duplicate of 
33675 (a well known bug, one that just hasn't been gotten around too). BTW thanx 
asadotzler for all the bug reports, but please try and use the query option to 
search for duplicates first. This saves alot of time..
