I can also reproduce this in a current Bon Echo build.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi?format=advanced.
2. Ctrl+T and go to http://www.mozilla.com/.
3. Switch back to the Bugzilla query tab and then back to the mozilla.com tab.
4. Repeat step 3 if necessary.

Results:
Cursor is shown to the right of the green "Download Firefox" bubble.

Expected results:
Cursor not bleeding through to other pages.

I'd have loved for this to have been fixed for Firefox 2.  There's a patch in bug 306173 and another less-stale one in bug 330705 that apparently didn't get reviewed in time.

I am a little concerned that the current builds are showing bleedthrough on tabs, which I know is a slightly different issue. I saw it the other day when testing and I will try to reproduce.
