On my Tablet PC... in IE, a text entry icon appears when you move focus to a text entry widget so that you can tap it an start to enter text either by handwriting or taping on the on-screen keyboard. Firefox does not have the same behavior and I have to manually call up this tool when entering text without my keyboard.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move focus to the website navigation entry or a form with a text entry
Actual Results:
No text entry icon appears
Expected Results:
The text entry icon appears so that you can click on it an enter text by handwriting or taping on the on-screen keyboard
