tracking bug to make sure we get things on the list below working correctly for
each locale:

Full Default Search partner list/order.
primary/secondary search selection behavior
Search codes.
Search Suggests enable/disable for locales where available or not

Also, we should make sure we end up with a proper rss feed. In lt, that's the feed provided by Lithuanian national radio and television website http://www.lrt.lt/rss/all.php (this feed was approved and integrated in Fx 1.5.0.x official versions).

The current state on the branch seems to be compat with 1.5, if that's all we have in terms of requests, we can close this bug.

Feeds are a different thing, and don't matter in this bug.
