In my bookmark bar, space is a priority and order is important. The easiest way to add a link to the bar is of course to drag it, partly because you specify the placement. However, I rarely want the whole title of the page as the title of the bookmark. (I *really* don't want URLs to show up as titles when I drag a link.) Using "Add Bookmark" lets you change the title, but not specify the placement, and it takes more keystrokes and clicks.

Could we implement a way to drag a URL to the bar and be prompted to change the title? I'd suggest (of course) a modifier key.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hold down modifier key.
2. Drag URL to bookmark bar.
3. In sheet, modify title to taste.
