It would be nice to provide visual indication for modal dialogs when fired on background tabs. The current behavior steals the active tab state when it should be opened in background.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open testcase(the page with modal dialog prompted) in background tab.
Actual Results:  
the modal dialog prompted and the selected tab changes without apparent notice.

Expected Results:  
the page should be kept opened in background instead of foreground-like behavior.
