34839 - Several methods in nsDocument have NS_NOTYETIMPLEMENTED

I'm trying to enumerate all properties (+values) and functions in a document 
object and get NS_NOTYETIMPLEMENTED in debug builds for several properties:

nsDocument::GetNamespaceURI(nsString& aNamespaceURI)
nsDocument::GetPrefix(nsString& aPrefix)
nsDocument::SetPrefix(const nsString& aPrefix)
nsDocument::GetLocalName(nsString& aLocalName)

(I have no clue what they're supposed to do, and how to implement them, maybe 
I can find some time if someone gets me some general instructions, then again, 
it's probably very simple)

Yes, what you see is DOM Level 2 work in progress, these should be fully done
in M16.

Nom. nsbeta2, recc. nsbeta2+ 6/22. This is some of the DOM foundation feature 
work Johnny should be permitted to check in.

updated.

implemented, marking FIXED.
