Details

ssltap sends some of its log output to stdout and some to stderr.
If you run ssltap, and just capture stdout, you miss lots of vital stuff.
All the log output should go to stdout (or all to stderr, but not some
to one and some to the other).

I propose to change ssltap to send all log output to stdout.
