When a downloaded file is automatically renamed due to an existing file with the same name, clicking "Open" fails:
It opens the original file (with the original name) rather than the renamed file (with the -1 numbered extension added).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. download a file
2. download another file with the same name
3. click Open on the file from step 2. The file from step 1 will be opened.
