With a fresh (CVS pulled) build of Mozilla and the PSM added I cant add a certificate. The URL included with this mail is a webpage of my bank, if you click the Win-icon (dunno why it's a win-icon, but it surely cant be a win specific certificate, can it?) the banks certificate should be added. This works in netscape 4.7 but it makes mozilla crash or pop up the "download file" dialogue. (Im sorry that the page is in swedish, I can assist in translating, but it shouldnt be needed)
