User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060819 SeaMonkey/1.5a
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060819 SeaMonkey/1.5a

I have had problems with the auto scroll feature in drag and drop within
Seamonkey since the 4-25-06 nightly build. The auto scroll feature does not work in bookmarks when draging a bookmark, when draging e-mails to new directories, and when moving address book entries, beyond the window view. Instead, one gets the null sign (circle with a line through it) normally indicating that you can not do that, but certainly something that should be allowed.

I can have the April build on my machine and a current nightly and the earlier
build will work with auto scroll while the new one does not, so the problem is
apparently in the new build not with something on my computer.

This is a big problem and discourages me from using and build after the
4-025-06 one. I would imagine most people would not use it with this problem.

I'll post a screen shot to illustrate the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring up a view that contains more entries than will fit in the current window (Bookmarks, mail, address book, etc).
2. Attempt to drag and drop an entry from its current position to a position beyond the window.

Actual Results:
Instead of autoscrolling beyond the window, a null sign appears indicating that "you can't do that."

I'll upload a screen view of the problem to illustrate the issue.

Expected Results:
Cursor should just move beyond the window frame and the view should auto scroll past the previous edge.

This problem has existed in every nightly I have downloaded since late April. There were so many other, more significant problems with each download, that I avoided using the nightly builds and reported only the broken features that prevented me from using them. Now that the builds seem to work, this issue has move the the forefront for me as far as problems needing attention.
This illustration is a screen shot of the problem. Same thing happens with e-mail, address book, or any other situation involving drag and drop. Mouse wheel scroll works fine.
Confirmed that this function is broken.

Focusing on the dragging-while-scrolling function in the bookmarks manager I see that this is also broken in Firefox trunk.
