print preview dialog does not close after printing

When you press Print on Print Preview dialog - dialog should close itself, but it does not
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Ctrl+P or select Print from menu File, fill title and press OK
2. on Print Preview dialog click Print to print events
-> printing works fine bug dialog is still visible
Expected Results:
Print preview dialog should be closed when button Print is pressed
In most cases applications close preview dialog when you init printing

The printing ui is being reworked in bug 275883, and the print preview toolbar will no longer be used once this is landed.

The workaround in bug 275883 is no substitute for a real print preview, with the right page margins etc. reopening.

Correct, but since there is no longer a dialog, the bug is invalid until such time that we reimplement print preview, and in doing so we screw it up in a similar fashion to this bug.
Spinning off "Reimplement true print preview" as bug 350099
-> INVALID
