Printout should show the calendar and the events on each day, not just a list of events. Reproducible: Always

Current nightly build already offer a print option that looks like the displayed month view. Bug 332063 handles the print option that looks like the week view. In my opinion this bug is either WORKSFORME or DUPLICATE.
