Details
Submit bottons not working when moderating comments for slashdot.
Clicking "moderate" does nothing at all.
build 2000040415 (Win98)
CPU 500Mhx K6-2
128 MB RAM
Sometimes having the same trouble on other sites, like Bugzilla.
Typical message:
Document: Done (0.28 secs)
The time varies between .2 and .3 secs.

I've noticed some builds don't load links on the first click. It also looks as
if forms don't submit. Data is sent but not received. This led me to submit the
same form several times :-(

i think this is related to event handlign problems - you have to click twice for
a form to work
