Overview Description:
Going to the above URL causing the browser to lock up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1)Start browser
2) Go to http://www.ussrback.com/safe.htm
3) Browser is unusable

Actual Results:
Browser keeps spawning Webshells.
I stopped it at about webshell 350.

Expected Results:
Expected to be able to view the page.

Reproducibility:
Everytime

The crash some times is like this on Windows NT:

Browser definitely freezes when loading this page; 2000-04-06-10-M15 on 
WinNT immediately pegged the CPU at 100% (98% its own use) and started chewing
through memory at ~100KB/5 sec. Was hoping for a talkback incident to cite here,
but it was looking like it was going to take an hour or so to exhaust the
memory before the crash came :-(.

Based on those observations and details provided by [e-mail],
raising severity to "Critical" and adding crash keyword.

Seems to be an infinite recursion of frameset nestings
