Unable to drag RSS feed to another position on the Bookmarks Toolbar
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add RSS feed to a Bookmarks Toolbar.
2. Try to drag it like a normal link.
Actual Results:
RSS feed menu with headings appear, does not start dragging
Expected Results:
Dragging, like it happens with normal bookmarks.
Probably this happens, because RSS menu pop-ups on mouse down, not on mouse click or mouse up event.
Changing position on the toolbar for RSS feed can be done in Bookmarks Manager.

When trying to drag RSS feed in Bookmarks menu (reorder bookmarks), similar behavior can be seen - RSS feed does not start drag operation.

In terms of dragging, a live bookmark is just another folder, which you have to drag while holding down Shift until someone figures out a way to fix bug 235244.
