The NSPR library, as indicated in bug #308277, bug #348170, and possibly elsewhere, should wrap calls to Win32 APIs in Structured Exception Handling (SEH) blocks. This prevents crashes when a Win32 API raises a structured exception. Fixing this will affect all components of Mozilla (including Firefox, Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, etc.) since all of them use the NSPR library.
