Finished translation of help. There has been terminological and verb tenses changes this weekend. Some string lenghts are now better placed to dialog sizes. We are going to start community litmus tests and continuing to review the interface (in several platforms, eg. for the dialog sizes) and linguistic quality.

I change this bug as fixed, and I consider [ca] version suitable for release.
