Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1b2) Gecko/20060821 Firefox/2.0b2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1b2) Gecko/20060821 Firefox/2.0b2

When a blank tab is opened, the back, forward and reload buttons are all disabled because there is no page loaded and there is no history for that tab. However, when clicked, these three buttons light up as if they are being activated. The same happens when a page is loaded but the Back and/or Forward buttons are disabled because there is no history for that tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open blank tab (Ctrl+T)
2. Click one of the disabled buttons (Back, Forward, Reload)
3. Button lights up as if being clicked

OR

1. Open a tab and load a page (google.com)
2. Click Forward button
3. Arrow next to Forward button lights up
Actual Results:
Buttons light up as if they are being activated when actually this is just a graphical effect that was failed to be disabled when the icons were grayed out.

Expected Results:
The buttons should remained grayed-out and refuse to interact with the user until a page is loaded or a page is in the history (for Back and Forward).

The Stop button does not seem to behave this way. Only the Back, Forward and Reload buttons seem to have the problem.

Using the Default theme included with Firefox 2.0b2.

I am also using WindowBlinds but have been able to reproduce the results with a normally-skinned installation of Windows XP.
