this problem doesn't exist with the windows version.
And as I already read before it's not a problem of putting wmode in transparent or not!
z-index doesn't change anything too.

Is anybody be able to show me 1 site where it works ???

I think that this bug is still not confirmed and I don't understand why?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open http://www.asus.com/index.aspx
2.go on the product menu on the top left of the page.
3.

Actual Results:  
menu is behind the flash

Expected Results:  
menu should appear above the flah not behind

I can reproduce with reporter's STR on 20060902 BonEcho/2.0b2 and 20060902 Minefield/3.0a1.  Not sure if this is a bug in the site or Mozilla.
