Irish Sunbird localization is nearly complete and checked into CVS - we'd like to have "ga-IE" added to the all-locales file:

Adds ga-IE to all-locales.
I verified that the locale is in /l10n on branch and trunk. My Gaelic's on par with my Welsh (read: pretty bad) so I'm not vouching for its correctness :)
