In the Print wizard there is no preview and the Layout dropdown is broken. When printing, the page is empty. Seen on Wondows and Linux with latest hourly build. using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060908 Calendar/0.3a2+
Fallout from bug 321384?
I landed with a var statement in the wrong place. Fixed on trunk and branch with 1-liner fix; r1/r2=lilmatt over IRC.
