In the Print wizard there is no preview and the Layout dropdown is broken.
When printing, the page is empty. Seen on Wondows and Linux with latest hourly build.

Fallout from bug 321384?
I landed with a var statement in the wrong place.  Fixed on trunk and branch with 1-liner fix; r1/r2=lilmatt over IRC.
