The location (URL) bar will not accept drag and drop requests from the icon to
its left, from bookmarks, or from any other source (as far as I can tell) until
you initially set focus to it. From then on everything will work as it should.

Steps to reproduce:

(1.) Load Mozilla
(2.) Attempt to drag a bookmark (or the icon next to the URL bar) into the URL
bar.

The standard "NO" cursor appears and the bar will not accept the data.
Summary: Location bar doesn't accept drag and drop until after editing it → Location bar doesn't accept drag and drop until it initially gets focus
