I just ran the l10n litmus tests, results here:

Everything looks great - the only thing I'm unclear on is the how the redirects are supposed to work for localized URLs.

Reran litmus on RC3, everything still works (same link as Comment #1). I'm currently trying to get access to the staging server to check the in-product pages.

Everything is rock solid. I should have SVN access soon for updating the in-product web pages, but other than that, we think the browser is 100% ready to go.
