Some WebDesigners use a 49%,2%,49% cells construct to center stuff in the 2nd cell (the one with 2% width). This works fine in every browser as long as the 2nd cell really ISN'T larger than 2% of the window. If it gets LARGER than 2%, Mozilla shows the 2nd cell at the right of the window, while both Nav4.x and IE still center the 2nd cell. This is rather a backward compatibility issue than a bug, but since big sites like apple.com use this technique (the navigation bar at the top of the window), this might become a certain problem. I've attached a test case to this bug so you can reproduce this.
