From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.72 [en] (Win95; U)
BuildID: 2000040815
When the mouse pointer is over the taskbar with the four icons (nav, mail,
composer, addressbook), the icon where the mouse is over is highlighted in light
blue. But if you move your mouse out of mozilla and directly onto the start
bar, the same icon remains highlighted until you put the pointer back into
mozilla. (See screen caps before, mouse-over and on-start-bar as
illustrations).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start mozilla
2. move the mouse over one of the four icons in the taskbar (it lights up)
3. move the mouse to the start bar (the same icon's still highlighted)
Actual Results: "Steps to reproduce" tell all :)
Expected Results: After the icon loses the pointer to the start bar, I think it
should not be highlighted any more. Navigator 4.72 does this successfully.
The screen captures I made may be a bit deceiving in that I had to manually drop
in my pointer icon into the screen caps (hitting print screen makes the mouse
pointer invisible during the capture). I dropped it in the caps just to
illustrate what I was trying to say (in case I wasn't clear in the description).

Well, after a little MORE searching of bugzilla's database, I found this bug I
reported is a dupe of bug 26655
*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 26655 ***

dwlee2, could you check a new build of mozilla under win95 for this bug? Bug
26655 probably shouldn't be closed until someone checks this bug under win95.
Thanks :)
