User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7 When a link contains the & sign (used to seperate variables in HTTP requests) the link is not shown correctly. Example from Awstats front end: SHOULD BE: /index.php?page=products&lang=en TURNS OUT AS: /index.php?page=products〈=en This bug is present since I first installed firefox - so I can't believe nobody has reported it. But I couldn't find it in Bugzilla and it ANOYING, as it is probably easy to fix... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a webpage (e.g. AWstats) with HTTPvars in the link. Actual Results: /index.php?page=products〈=en Expected Results: /index.php?page=products&lang=en
Since "⟨" is an HTML entity (the semi-colon is optional) they need to escape the ampersand. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 222193 ***
