Looking at the past few releases (1.5.0.5, 1.5.0.4, 1.5.0.2, 1.5) the Thunderbird release notes contain a link to the changelog on <http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/rumblingedge/>. The Tb1.5.0.7 relnotes don't have a link the Rumbling Edge changelog. 
The link is <http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/rumblingedge/archives/2006/09/1-5-0-7.html>.

Wow, that page is full of ads. None of the actual content shows up until I scroll down.

I will add the link to the release notes page momentarily, as 1.5.0.5 had it.
