DESCRIPTION: In a single-line text input, vertical motion keys should scroll the page. In other words, while typing in the summary box above, I should be able to use the up and down arrows and PgUp and PgDn to scroll the page. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: * load this page in Mozilla * click in the "Summary" text box above * hit down arrow, up arrow, PgDn, PgUp ACTUAL RESULTS: * nothing EXPECTED RESULTS: * keys should scroll page DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON: * Linux, mozilla, 2000-04-09-09-M15 WORKS CORRECTLY ON: * Linux NN 4.72

At least on Macintosh, the up/down arrows do provide valuable editing functionality in single-line text fields.
