Some Help images were replaced and I forgot to update extra-jar.mn; then I was ill between checking in the files and, well, now.

2/3 tinderboxen are now green - RESOLVING as FIXED.  Will verify when I've tested a build from f.m.o.

Adding fixed1.8.1 keyword, as there are check-ins with a corresponding bugnumber.

Please make sure that the bugs are VERIFIED, and if so, change the fixed1.8.1 keyword to verified1.8.1.
