353632 - [Win] Need superscript/subscript quirks for some fonts

Description

[Masayuki Nakano [:masayuki] (he/him)(JST, +0900)]

In bug 112502, Saito-san has added to quirks for the superscript/subscript quirks for some fonts (including Japanese default fonts). But the quirks are dropped in current Thebes. We need to recover the quirks.
