When bug 352622 removed the 0px margin and 3px padding on pinstripe help toolbarbuttons, it exposed the useless 0px margin on each individual toolbarbutton's :active state, which overrides the default 2px margin from toolbarbutton.css and makes the button and the rest of the toolbar shift to the left.
