[Maybe this should be under OS Integration?]
Under OS X (and potentially other OSes, but I'm testing this on OS X), when multiple monitors are connected and one is disconnected, all windows are consolidated on the remaining monitor(s).
When the remaining monitor is smaller, some applications resize so as to fit in the new space. Firefox doesn't do that, and the resize handle is on the bottom-right corner, which is off-screen.
There is a simple workaround: maximize (green button), then the resize handle will be visible.
