When I open a second session of Firefox (to my homepage at google.com) and try and type into the search textbox, the find feature for firefox opens and the text gets typed into that box. It doesn't always happen, but it happens a lot. I was not able to create a situation where it always happens. But when it does happen, there does not appear to be a way of fixing it. I usually just go back to my first session and open a new tab.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a session of fire fox
2.open a second session of firefox and go to google.com
3.try typing a subject into the search engine

Actual Results:
the page search window opened and the text appeared in the page search text box. could not type on the google web page.

Expected Results:
obviously, the text should have stayed in the google text box.

Is this a dup of [363616]?
As Bug 363616 has progressed I'm almost sure this is a duplicate of that. John R, what do you think?
Product: Firefox → Toolkit
Is this still an issue ?
