Neither using the menu command Camino > Preferences NOR using the keyboard short-cut "command + ;" opens the Preferences window. Attempting either of these methods produces no visible result whatsoever.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Camino
2. Acess menu Camino > Preferences OR short-cut "command" + ";"

Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
The Preferences window should appear.
