Details
We have various code in place to handle script running under BindToTree. We should fix things so that never happens, then remove the code added in bug 355221 and the checks in nsGenericElement::doInsertChildAt.
Marking dependencies on the known bugs that need fixing to do this. Once we fix those we should see whether there's anything left.
