Seen using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061003 Firefox/2.0
STR:
1. Download an assortment of files, including jpegs, dmgs, etc.
2. Quit Firefox and restart
The next time I start Firefox and view the download manager, some icons are missing. Screenshot coming.

I see this all the time. Let's try to find a pattern. Is it just files that have been removed, or also files that are left where they were downloaded?
